Ausàs Interpretación is a single-varietal Tempranillo wine from DO Ribera del Duero made by Ausàs Bodegas y Viñedos. 

Ausàs Bodegas y Viñedos is a winery in Quintanilla de Onísimo whose winery was the winemaker of Vega Sicilia between 1968 and 1998. Xavier Ausàs has also collaborated with other highly prestigious wineries. He does not have his own vineyards but he works with people he has known for more than 30 years, so that he can guarantee a high quality grape and at the same time he has the freedom to express the typicality and potential of the Ribera from his point of view. . 

The vineyards that produce the Ausàs Interpretación grape are around 40 years old. Its soils are sandy and clay-calcareous. The climate of the area is continental. It obtains different characters from the various plots that allow it to end up producing a complex and harmonious wine. It obtains a floral character in grapes from light soils, fruity in clay soils, fresh in high altitude soils and powerful in calcareous soils. 

The Ausàs Interpretación wine is aged for 16 months in new and used 225 and 500 liter oak barrels. A total of 20,000 bottles are produced.
