All André Clouet Champagnes come from various plots in the village of Bouzy, all of them classified Grand Cru.
Champagne vineyards are the northernmost of all the AOCs in France. The average temperature is 10.4ºC. The vineyards are oriented to the south and southeast to take advantage of every last ray of sun. The sunshine is mild, 1650 hours a year, of which more than a quarter is distributed between July and August. The rainfall, regularly distributed throughout the year, is 650 to 700 liters per year.
