Peregrino White Vermouth is a Galician vermouth made by Atlantic Galician Spirits. It is made from a blend of wine and spirit, and a selection of botanicals including medicinal herbs, citrus and balsamic notes.
On the nose, fruity aromas such as apple and peach are perceived, along with notes of honey and orange candy, menthol and medicinal herbs.
On the palate, its fusion of ripe and balsamic citrus fruits stands out, with a cheeky freshness and a bitter, dry finish.
It is ideal to enjoy alone with ice and a slice of lemon or as an ingredient in cocktails

Description:
Vermú Peregrino is a project that was born in search of harmony. The perfect balance between the complexity and aromas of the Godello grape variety, as well as a combination of essential plants and flowers that grow on both sides of the Camino de Santiago in Galicia.
A Path that begins with a single step, which is followed by many others that leave a trail of emotion, truth and commitment. A mark that is perceived from the outside, but whose most precious value is inside. It is the Pilgrim's Feeling, a feeling that inspires this unique project and that undoubtedly leaves its mark on those who try its vermouths, red or white. Both made with the Godello grape variety and a lot of feeling.
