Origin of the grape
100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo) mostly from very old vines - aged between 40 and 80 years - from vineyards in nine different municipalities on the banks of Burgos and the banks of Valladolid.
The harvest is done by hand, in small 15 kilo boxes that we carefully inspect, bunch by bunch, on the selection table.
