Description:
The Xarel·lo ferments in stainless steel vats and, after carrying out malolactic fermentation, it is assembled looking for those base wines that best express the freshness and liveliness that we always pursue in this sparkling wine. Balance and elegance, as always, are the key.
After the second fermentation in the bottle, the time comes for aging to achieve that refreshing fullness that shows the best smile of the Xarel·lo.
To achieve this, at least 24 months of rest, silence and calm in their cellars are necessary. So yes, it's time to uncork it and turn the informal into unforgettable.
