Paco García is a family winery. Since 2008 it has been managed by his son, Juan Bautista, together with his wife Ana, who have brought a new look to the winery and the wine.
Paco García Crianza comes from three owned vineyards that are harvested manually. It is fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged for 12 months in 225 liter barrels.
It is a wine in which the fruity character prevails, but with a good background provided by the aging in wood and its subsequent time in the bottle.
