Tras Los Muros is not a typical Albariño. It is a very limited production wine that is made only with grapes that come from the vineyards closest to the winery, hence its name, behind the walls. Strains of the Albariño variety that are harvested manually, in plastic boxes, which give rise to an elegant white wine that is aged in oak barrels for six months, rests for another six months in stainless steel tanks and, then After being bottled, it is refined for another fifteen months in the cellar.
