Description:
The Asadoira Monopoly has an area of 3.83 hectares, and is located on the most prestigious slope of the Sil Valley, as it passes through Valdeorras. Cultivated for 2,200 years, it has belonged entirely to the Prada-Gayoso family for four generations. Its privileged southeast orientation guarantees full exposure to the magic of morning light, keeping it sheltered from the rigor of the evening heat. Reflection of the climate change suffered throughout the 20th century. XX, in 1971 1.41 hectares were replanted with a mass selection of Godello de Pedrouzos, installing the first Valdeorras trellis in a pioneering way. The soil is managed following a conservation philosophy, through the use of a plant cover throughout the year, and the care of the plants is carried out following their circadian rhythms.
Aging in concrete tanks gives the wine characteristic aromatic nuances, of great intensity and elegance; In the mouth, concentration and varietal purity align to offer a superior structure, with great balance and depth, which enhances its extraordinary minerality.
