It represents freshness, the wildest side of the Verdeja variety.
The grapes come from different plots with clay-calcareous soils and pebbles from the Rueda area, which are produced separately. The vines are more than 30 years old.
We are committed to fermentation with natural yeasts to achieve the maximum expression of our environment, aromas of fresh grass, minerality and liveliness.
The wine ferments in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 18-22ºC.
We use tanks of different capacities to separate the various parcels-payments according to the differentiation of structures and soil compositions.
Subsequent maturation of the wine on its lees for a controlled time.
