The Mel Aialma project was born in a corner of the province of Ourense, in the small town of Souteliño (Laza), located in that deep Galicia where nature is part of their daily lives.
This project is created by a family dedicated to beekeeping, in which they believe that living in rural areas is possible.
They create quality and local products, sustainable with the environment that surrounds them.
Its apiaries are surrounded by nature, soutos de castiñeiros, carballeiras and monte baixo, native and wild flora that the bees feed on, and this is noticeable in the honey that is produced.
A different bet and excellent quality honey.

Description:
Multifloral Wild Flower Honey
This honey has a high percentage of Castiñeiro, but at the same time it has other varieties of native plants such as uces and especially rebolo or cerquiño, which gives it a dark tone and a spicier flavor.
These bees feed on the nectar of native and wild flora, which is why we obtain a natural honey with a strong and intense flavor.
3rd prize Best multifloral honey from Galicia. Meles 5 Star Contest. Galician Beekeeping Association (2022).
