The original is a premium honey. The result of meticulous field work and selection of the best apiaries, a truly artisanal honey is born.
To preserve its excellent quality, honey is always harvested raw and is not subjected to overheating in any part of the process.
The extraction is carried out cold and by decanting, without any type of filtering.
In this way we guarantee that the enzymes and vitamins are intact and active, making our honey a food with great added value.
It is a honey obtained by cold centrifugation, not subjected to industrial filtering processes.
From natural Atlantic areas, from the coast to the high mountains, where native flora of all kinds abounds.
