Vella Pazo de Valdomiño is a premium spirit made in a traditional and artisanal way. It is a crystal-clear and very aromatic spirit, triple distilled. It belongs to the Pazo de Valdomiño Winery, located next to the mouth of the Miño River, in Galicia. Description:
Production: The recipe uses Albariño grapes, which are fermented and distilled three times. It is then left to mature in French and American oak barrels for a minimum period of 8 years. Finally, it is left to rest for a year before being bottled.
Tasting Notes: The wine has a very bright, toasted colour. The nose is very harmonious, with aromas of vanilla, caramel and almonds. On the palate it is smooth and sweet, with hints of almonds. Pleasant finish. It is recommended to serve it at room temperature. Alcohol content: 40%.
