Zárate Aguardiente Tostada is a herbal liqueur made by Bodegas Zárate in the Rías Baixas region, Galicia.
It is obtained by joint distillation of Albariño pomace from our own vineyards, with the same mixture of flowers, herbs and species as the herbal brandy. The toasted color is obtained by adding caramelized sugar to the distillate.

Bodegas Zárate is a pioneering winery in the production of Albariño in Rías Baixas, Galicia. Founded in 1920 by Don Ernesto Zárate, its Albariño vineyards extend across the Salnés valley. The Zárate family is a pioneer in the production of Albariño as we know it today.
The winery is dedicated to creating authentic wines and pomace, which reflect the expression of their origin.
