Liqueur made by macerating the best coffees from the Cerrado area (Brazil) in Galicia Pomace Spirits for 31 days. After this time, it is filtered and sugar is added until it is perfectly dissolved. Subsequently, it is left to rest for twelve months before being bottled.

Description:
Founded in 1996 by Miguel Oliveira in Goián, Tomiño, Pontevedra. Its origins date back to its ancestors and the long family tradition in the production of high-quality spirits, passing "the good work" from generation to generation.
They focus their activity on the production and marketing of spirits covered by the IIXX Orujo de Galicia, Licor de Hierbas de Galicia and Licor Café de Galicia, respecting everything they learned from their predecessors and their traditional recipes. The use of pomace selected from small wineries in lower Miño stands out.
Distilled in their own facilities, the base of all their products (spirits and liqueurs) will be obtained. This distillery bases its differentiation on the quality of the selected raw material from the small wineries in the O Rosal area, since all the liquor comes from the distillation of the Albariño grape pomace from this area, since it is a sub-area. from the Rías Baixas DO.
