Paco & Lola is a winery founded in 2005 at the initiative of a group of viticulturists and wine producers from the O Salnés region, who decided to professionalize their production. This cooperative is called Arousana Wine Cooperative Society and is currently made up of more than 430 members, being the most important cooperative by number of members of the D.O. Rías Baixas.
