Sea bass is a semi-fatty white fish that contains proteins of high biological value. At Los Peperetes we prepare this precious fresh fish, with the strictest care, manually removing bones and skin until the loins are meticulously cleaned. We apply a light cooking to achieve the desired tenderness and then we neatly pack the loins in the can to be drizzled with olive oil with a light touch of garlic before closing the can. 

With this careful process we achieve a very tender and pleasant texture of the fish in the mouth, with a delicate and exquisite flavor that has conquered everyone who tries it.
