We carefully select the largest and highest quality mussels from the rafts of the Galician estuaries. Always protected under the Protected Designation of Origin Mejillón de Galicia which guarantees their origin, quality and extraction with environmentally friendly fishing techniques. 

Our pickled mussels are cooked, cleaned by hand, fried in olive oil and then manually selected and packed in each can. They are accompanied by a homemade pickle: a traditional family recipe, made with natural ingredients of local origin.
