Galician-style sardines are perhaps one of the most deeply-rooted dishes in our catalogue. 

This recipe comes from the Galician seafaring tradition because it was the typical snack that sailors had as an appetizer when they returned from work. 

At Los Peperetes we make the Galician-style canned sardines completely by hand and only adding natural ingredients from local producers so that you can enjoy the same gastronomic experience that our sailors enjoyed when they landed. 

We always make the sardine caught overnight. In an artisanal way and with the utmost care to obtain a can of superior quality.

Ingredients: Sardine (fish), olive oil, onion, tomato, pepper, spices and salt. May contain traces of molluscs and crustaceans.
