Chivite Las Fincas Rosado is a wine with an elegant pale pink color reminiscent of Provençal rosés. The nose offers subtle floral notes accompanied by aromas of fresh red fruits on a delicate mineral background. In the mouth it flows with a refreshing and precise acidity that is reminiscent of fruits such as grapefruit, raspberry or pomegranate. A very gastronomic, silky and complex rosé wine, which can accompany a wide variety of dishes.

Description:
Chivite Las Fincas Rosado is a rosé wine made in Villatuerta (Navarra) by the Chivite Group within the new denomination, V.T. 3 Banks.
Grupo Chivite has its origins in Bodegas Julián Chivite, a winery of great antiquity that dates back specifically to 1647. Currently, the four brothers run the company. More than four hundred hectares are controlled by the family. One hundred and fifty of these hectares are dedicated to a majority crop of Tempranillo that reaches sixty percent, and the rest, Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Merlot, are distributed in equal parts and with the appropriate clones for the microclimate of the farm.
A good table is a good reason to get together, now more than ever, with friends and family, and enjoy moments that last in our memories. Chivite Las Fincas Rosado was born from the complicity that is created around a good table, in this case, between two great friends, Julián Chivite, who knows his stuff about wines, and chef Juan Mari Arzak, one of the best exponents of the good gastronomy.
The result? A perfect pairing from which Chivite Las Fincas is born, an exclusive, limited and numbered edition rosé wine.
Made with Garnacha and Tempranillo from the Legardeta Estate, owned by the Chivite family. After the harvest, traditional vinification is carried out by the bleeding method, with a slight maceration. Ferments in stainless steel tanks at low temperature for 21 days. It rests on its lees for around 6 months.
