Vinification: Stalk the tannery at 50% in traditional tread. Stage 96 months in oak barrels, 24 months in French oak barrels and 3 months in bottle.

Tasting notes: Fawn color with topaz reflections. Evolved and pronounced nose with notes of dried fruits. Velvety, rich, complex flavor, with notes of spices.
