Castel de Fornos is produced using traditional techniques that respect the purity of the Albariño grapes. We use the free-run juice, the juice from the first pressing, to preserve the intensity of its aromas and natural qualities. This careful process is complemented by fermentation in stainless steel tanks, preserving its exceptional organoleptic characteristics.
