Straw yellow in color with slightly greenish highlights.
Olfactory phase
Elegant and delicate nose where white roses and jasmine appear, followed by Golden apple with hints of skin
of lemon. The aging on its lees is evident in a pleasant memory of marzipan and a background of fine pastries that ends with a mineral note.
