Description:
This composition of different grapes is an elegant and modern sample of the Ribeira Sacra terroir. A deep nose with hints of blackberry and red orange guides us to a silky palate, the result of its ripe tannins and the soft aging in French oak that also provides its aromas of cocoa and black olive.
The freshness of the Atlantic climate and its creamy texture are characteristics that make it suitable to accompany a multitude of dishes: soupy rice, cod, white meats, trout, etc.
