Description:
Wine made with old vines over 80 years old, coming from several plots at different altitudes on different slopes of the Avia River valley.
Manual and selected harvest. Pressed without destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature (15-16º) for 20 days. This vinification is carried out independently depending on the variety and the plot. Finally, the blend is made and bottled at the end of May.
