Soil: Mixture of granite, slate and minerals (iron, graphite, boron, mica and chalk).
Harvest: Harvest carried out during the first half of October.
Vinification: Alcoholic fermentation for between 12 and 15 days.
Aging: Aging for 6 months in French oak vats.
