Olfactory Phase: The nose displays a complex aromatic range, which starts with the notes of its aging in wood. Later, its citrus touches fused with aromas of white fruits seduce, with floral contributions on a mineral and saline background. 

Taste Phase: In the mouth it is broad, complex and very fatty at the entrance. It develops a long and elegant mid-palate, combining fruit and minerality with the notes of its barrel aging.
