Garnet with a good layer.
The nose is intense, it has a certain mineral character, there are hints of slate, cold and wet, notes of purple flowers, light hints of plants, and in the background quite a bit of fruit, especially red, fresh and somewhat tight.
In the mouth it has a medium intensity attack, it is light, fresh, with a subtle tannic touch, good acidity, good structure and quite a bit of length.
Attractive Atlantic character that is enhanced if served rather cool (around 15º).

Description:
Selection in the field, harvested by hand in 18 kg boxes. Selection table. Pre-fermentation cold maceration and FA at a controlled temperature in truncated conical wood and stainless steel tanks. with frequent comebacks and/or bazuqueos. Delastage is applied for maximum extraction. FML in barrel. Aged for 20 months in new 300 l French (80%) and American (20%) oak barrels. Aged in the bottle for a minimum of 12 months.
