Description:
El Anejón 2021 evokes the unique character of the terraces that welcome visitors to the Carraovejas Valley. It is made with the three grape varieties planted on the estate, in the following proportions: 92% Tempranillo (Tinto Fino), 5% Merlot, and 3% Cabernet Sauvignon. Its balance reveals its delicate yet intense character. The floral aromas reflect the richness of the vineyard from which it originates. Harmony on the nose, silky texture, elegance, and a long finish on the palate, with a delicate mineral touch and a balsamic undertone. Produced only in exceptional vintages.
