Gravity-fed winemaking.
Variety: 90% Tinto Fino and 10% Merlot.
Vineyard age: 50 years for Tinto Fino and 11 years for Merlot.
Harvest: hand-picked in 15 KG boxes.
Maceration: sorted on a table, destemmed before fermentation, 25 days in 400-liter new barrels with 3 daily punch-downs at 27º C.
Malolactic: in barrel.
Aging: 16 months in 50/50 French and American oak barrels.
