Description:
Vinification: after careful selection in the vineyard, the grapes were cold macerated several hours after entering the winery.
Gentle pressing and start of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel tank. After three days, fermentation continued in 225 and 500 L French oak barrels. In these same barrels, aging took place for 12 months.
