Description:
Private Selection is made exclusively with grapes from our old plots of La Victoria , La Garnacha and Manolo , all of them declared Singular Vineyards by the Ministry of Agriculture thanks to the extraordinary characteristics of the terroir.
We use different types of French oak of the Quercus Petraea species, originating from the Tronçais forests, whose wood gives our wines interesting, subtle and elegant spicy and balsamic notes. These barrels enhance the fine and elegant character of the terroir of these plots without taking away the prominence of the fruit.
