Description:
Iberian acorn-fed salchichón
Cured sausage made with a mixture of Iberian pork meat and fat, added salt, spices and additives, kneaded and stuffed into natural casing, which has undergone a maturation-drying process that ensures good stability, as well as characteristic smell and flavour, which is then packaged for sale and in some cases transformed into half pieces that are subsequently packaged.
INGREDIENTS: Iberian pork meat and fat, salt, spices, dextrose, LACTOSE, dextrin, SOY PROTEIN, MILK PROTEINS, emulsifiers (E-450, E-452), antioxidant (E-331, E-301), preservatives (E-252, E-250). Natural pork casing.
APPLIED TREATMENTS: Chopping, addition of ingredients and kneading, refrigeration, stuffing, drying and maturing.

Color: Dark pink and white tones.
Aroma: Characteristic of cured sausage.
Flavor: Persistent sausage with a spicy flavor.
Texture: Compact and homogeneous, the cut of the slice reveals the whole black pepper.
