Château Violet-Lamothe 2023 is a sweet white wine made from 60-year-old vines located in Preignac, on the left bank of the Garonne River, 40 km south of Bordeaux. It features Sémillon, the quintessential variety for great Bordeaux whites, complemented by Sauvignon Blanc and a touch of Muscadelle. After a manual harvest and up to six rigorous selection processes, the grapes with the optimal level of noble rot were obtained for the production of this succulent and fruity sweet Sauternes wine, distinguished by its great aging potential.
