The grapes come from different plots with clay-calcareous soils and pebbles, which are produced separately according to the differentiation of structures and compositions of their soils. 

It is the evening wine of the Menade family because, due to its production, Menade Sauvignon Blanc Dulce is the first to be released on the market each year. 

Alcoholic fermentation is carried out with natural yeasts in stainless steel tanks, but is stopped by lowering the temperature when the wine has a balanced relationship between alcoholic strength and residual sugar, that is, about 10-11% Vol and 60 gr/l of residual sugar approximately. 

We are looking for a wine that, although sweet, is fresh and acidic, to drink as an aperitif or dessert.
