Description: 

This Primer Paso has just left the winery but can already be enjoyed, a great virtue of the well-crafted Toro Tinta. An intense, explosive fruit, it demonstrates its vibrant character both in color (lively, bright, intense, glyceric) and in the nose and mouth; The fruit is, at all times, the protagonist (blackberries and blueberries), which does not lack complexity due to its density. It is a complex wine: those first aromas of fresh fruit and warm, friendly terroir evolve in the glass to give way to very well-dosed notes of aging (toasted, coffee, spices, hazelnuts, licorice), complemented by a soft minerality and a pleasant sweetness. Delicious. 

Its excellent acidity and its present but velvety tannins make the wine caress the palate while being corporeal and powerful in the mouth, but not at all heavy. El Primer Paso de Dominio del Bendito is juicy, elegant, round, a serious wine with character. Don't be intimidated by its 15 degrees, it's not noticeable, and if you can get hold of some bottles and keep them in good condition for a few years, don't hesitate; They won't regret it.
