Bodegas Sobreño takes another step in its desire to surprise and conquer the most demanding palates with 14.99% Al Filo de la Ley, a young, truly original red wine, whose name already contains a declaration of intentions. And with its production, the firm, based in Toro since 1998, opted to leave aside a more classic and refined profile to obtain the maximum expression of the fruit and all the potential of the Toro red wine, even if this meant bordering the alcoholic strength limit set by the Regulatory Council of the D.O.
The result is a unique and more expressive bull, born after 6 months of aging in American oak barrels, which will not leave the most daring indifferent.
