Description:
Lustau White Vermouth is a Sherry vermouth made by Bodegas Lustau. It is made from a blend of two sherry wines, a dry and mineral Fino and a sweet and floral Moscatel, and a selection of 10 separately infused botanicals, including wormwood, chamomile and rosemary. The result is a fresh vermouth, with floral, citrus and herbaceous notes, and a subtle mineral background. On the palate it is light and refreshing, with a markedly bitter and dry finish, in which the Fino notes prevail. It is ideal to enjoy alone with ice and a slice of lemon or as an ingredient in cocktails.
