Cal Grau oil is a single-varietal olive oil made exclusively from Arbequina olives, harvested from trees that grow alongside the vineyards on the estate in the Priorat region. It is an early-harvest oil, picked at the optimal stage of ripeness to capture the fullest aromatic expression. The extraction is carried out using a cold-press process (below 27°C) and purely mechanical means, ensuring that all organoleptic properties and natural antioxidants remain intact.

Description:
On the nose, this is an intensely aromatic oil, with dominant notes of freshly cut grass, artichoke, and tomato, along with a characteristic hint of green almond. On the palate, it stands out for its balance; it begins with a smooth, sweet entry, followed by a mild bitterness and a very subtle, elegant peppery finish a hallmark of the Arbequina variety when grown in slate-rich soils. It is the perfect accompaniment for raw use on toasted bread, gourmet salads, carpaccio, steamed white fish, and grilled vegetables.
