Exceptional single malt whiskey of the highest quality. Malt distilled using an alembic and abducted in Scotland to be aged for 7 years in different sherry barrels using the soleras and criaderas system.
An unusual whiskey with a spicy touch and an elegant finish, worthy of the most distinguished palates.
The aging of this unique single malt whiskey is seven years, just enough time so that the sherry does not end up covering up the whiskey. Its characteristics are determined by its aging in Oloroso, Amontillado and Pedro Ximénez casks, after which a mixture or blend is made in equal parts (one third of each cask) for bottling.
Annual production limited to 715 bottles.
