This wonderful sweet wine with a sweet and soft palate and aromatic notes of oak and fragrant fruits is obtained from Palomino and Pedro Ximénez grapes. Its harmonious and stimulating depth makes it ideal to accompany sweet desserts. 

On the palate, it's dry, with a high alcohol level, medium acidity, and intense flavors with a strong sense of salinity, fennel-like herbaceous notes, bitter almonds, and flor-like yeasts. The finish is long with a great sense of balance and complexity. 

Single Cask of a unique oloroso, "Bota Punta," aged for 20 years through oxidative aging. With a delicate, fragrant style that sets it apart.
