The main intention of this preparation was to preserve the authentic flavor of Bonito de Burela and turn it into an exceptional appetizer, creating a traditional, artisanal pâté of the highest quality, always keeping in mind its origin. 

At Conservas Ares, we take delicate care of this product. It's the most delicate of its family, the whitest, and has a very subtle flavor.
