We carefully select the largest and highest quality mussels from the rafts of the Galician estuaries. They are always protected under the Protected Designation of Origin Mussels of Galicia which guarantees their origin, quality and extraction with environmentally friendly fishing methods. 

The result is a powerful flavor, without softening or disguising, along with an exceptional, low-fat texture that melts perfectly in our mouths.
