At ROI&Co our seafood is prepared, cooked and prepared by hand, can by can in very small quantities. Slowly, pampering every detail by expert hands with decades of knowledge in the artisanal preparation of gourmet preserves. Only by following the traditional family recipe of Roi (Restaurante Punta Cabalo, beacon of A Illa de Arousa) is how we achieve an unrepeatable and unmatched flavour from our cans of gourmet preserves.
