Raventós i Blanc is a sparkling wine winery located in Sant Sadurní d Anoia, Barcelona. The winery has been recognized as one of the best sparkling wine producers in the world.
The Raventós i Blanc estate has belonged to the Raventós family since 1497 and is one of the integrated estates where animal, plant and man work to produce top quality sparkling wines.
The winery uses local varieties and a minimum of 18 months of aging on its lees to produce sparkling wines of the highest quality. In addition, the winery works with regenerative and biodynamic viticulture to generate a cure for the soil so that it has more biodiversity, more resilience, more efficiency and yield.

Description:
40% xarel·lo, 39% macabeo, 15% parellada and, as a novelty in this vintage, 6% malvasia from Sitges; all of them marked by the typicality of their origin, the exceptional soils of Raventós i Blanc.
What does this wine taste like?
Brioix and nuts in the first instance, apple after approaching the glass for the second time. A few minutes and the candied citrus peel appears.
Creamy in the mouth, with a fine bubble that creates a perfect mousse.
Its 18 months of contact with the lees give us perfumes and tactile sensations that could lead us to think about a brief aging in wood for the base wine.
The Malvasia from Sitges, a complicated variety in viticulture, but a gem in winemaking, contributes to the classic Catalan blend a very high natural acidity, volume, and aromatic complexity.
