Description:
CampoBio Blue Cheese is produced with milk from cows that live and produce milk in their natural environment, where the pastures are free of synthetic products and pesticides, as indicated by its official organic farming certification seal.
The milk is collected and processed in the Principality of Asturias, produced by members of the Campoastur cooperative and crafted by renowned cheesemakers from the municipality of Illas.
The cheese is made with organic raw milk, thus preserving all the beneficial microorganisms and giving it distinctive nuances. Maturation for more than two months results in a stable and concentrated cheese.
