Our latest product comes from the faraway lands of Chanthaburi in the eastern region of Thailand. Khun Suriya Chaisutti and his wife, Khun Boom, have dedicated over 9 years to growing cocoa. Only in recent years has the Thai market started to export and we are one of the few chocolate manufacturers in Europe to partner with producers from Chanthaburi.
With this bar we wanted to reflect the fun Thai gastronomy, creating a flavour profile reminiscent of a cascade of tropical fruits with a lemon and lime acidity, accompanied by a deep sweetness of nuts and raisins.

Description:
It was around the 60s when chocolate was no longer made as it had always been made: from the cocoa bean. Chocolate makers began to buy the paste already made, saving costs and increasing productivity, but thus losing its personality, flavour and essence.
We realised that the revolution had to start with tradition and that to reinvent chocolate it was necessary to return to its origin: the cocoa bean.
We had to take a step back to see things from a different perspective. Recover the essence and move forward. Return to artisanal production in small batches. Return to taking care of the raw material and resuming direct contact with producers. In short, return to chocolate that tastes like chocolate.
