Each bottle contains the essence of a minimum of 20 native Asturian apples selected on the "El Rebollar" farm in Asturias, where they care for more than 20,000 apples and whose mill is dedicated solely to making this ice cider.
After a slow process of freezing the must, the essence obtained ferments for 10 months at a temperature of 10ºC.
Harmonizes with cheeses, foie or slightly sweet desserts.

Valverán one day dreamed that ICE CIDER came out of his Asturian grapefruit, and one day they made this dream come true.
They were the first to try it and, therefore, they had to wait 10 years until they could discover the "secret".
But they found it! And today we can celebrate it.
Each bottle of Valverán ice cider contains the "secret" of, at least, 20 apples and is released after 2 years after a successful and laborious production process.
The contrast between sweetness and acidity, as well as its explosive fruit load, are in its DNA.
An ideal cider to accompany cheeses, foie, pâtés and slightly sweet desserts seeking to surprise.
Valverán is the only winery in Spain dedicated exclusively to making ice cider, with native Asturian apples from its own plantations, which are pampered through integrated/ecological agriculture.
Production limited to a maximum of 20,000 bottles per year.
