- New
It is a late-harvest sweet wine with a style with a marked Atlantic character, which we made in the 2011 harvest, where we had an exceptionally sunny autumn, which allowed the highest plot of our Godello vineyard to mature and be harvested, already close to Christmas.
The must with a high concentration of sugars fermented very slowly at low temperature for four weeks, the fermentation spontaneously stopping, resulting naturally sweet. After maturing in tank for 6 months during the winter and spring of 2012, the wine was bottled around June of the same year, remaining in reduction aging in the bottle for more than three years in the winery.
