Description:
Rosat Cava de Mestres is a brut nature sparkling rosé aged in the bottle for at least 30 months in rhyme.
This wine comes from Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, province of Barcelona and from the Cava Denomination of Origin.
Trepat 40%, Monastrell 30% and Garnacha 30% from vineyards over 20 years old planted on trellised calcareous soil. Vineyards treated in an ecological way. First alcoholic fermentation and aging of the base wine in stainless steel tanks. Second fermentation in the bottle with a natural cork stopper and aging in the bottle with the lees for more than 30 months in a horizontal position (rhyme). Manual disgorgement in an artisanal way.
