Martín Códax Gallaecia 2018 is an intense and complex white wine that on the nose offers aromas reminiscent of orange jam, accompanied by notes of dried fruits, such as dried apricots, raisins or figs, with nuances of propolis, lavender or honey.
In the mouth it has a round and dry entry, where all the aromas that we find on the nose explode.
A great white wine, very broad and silky, that has excellent acidity that predicts surprising longevity.

Description:
Martín Códax Gallaecia is a white wine from the D.O. Rías Baixas prepared by Martín Códax.
The winery takes its name from a well-known Galician troubadour whose "cantigas" are still preserved today, which are the oldest in the Galician-Portuguese language and whose parchment is exhibited in the Morgan Library in New York.
This wine is a single-varietal Albariño (100%) wine made from overripe grapes, with a high percentage of noble botrytis. Regarding the production, an alcoholic fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks and, subsequently, a malo-lactic fermentation in stainless steel tanks.
This white wine is only made in years when the optimal conditions for its production exist.
